Compensation
Base Compensation: $50K– $75K +
Total package, including benefits, may range from $80,000 – $100,000 based on contract terms.

$50,000 – $55,000 for first-time gestational carriers

$60,000 – $75,000 + for experienced gestational carriers
California surrogates receive an additional ~20% due to cost-of-living adjustments
This base pay is typically distributed in monthly installments starting after a confirmed fetal heartbeat until the pregnancy concludes. (8-10 installments)
