Getting started
Application
You'll start with a pre-screen application followed by a full surrogacy application - covering your background, pregnancy history, obstetrical and gynecological information, and household details.

Verification
Documentation submission
We'll ask you to share a few documents — recent photos of yourself, your insurance card, and a valid driver's license. This helps us verify your eligibility and begin your file.

Wellbeing
Psychological evaluation & background check
Your wellbeing matters to us from day one. You'll complete a PAI personality assessment, and you and your partner (if applicable) will undergo a background check to protect everyone on this journey.

Medical review
Initial medical approval
Your medical history and pregnancy records will be reviewed by a reproductive endocrinologist to confirm you're a strong candidate for a healthy surrogacy journey.

Finding your match
Matching process
We'll introduce you to intended parents based on shared values and preferences. A Zoom meeting is arranged so both parties can connect. If everyone feels ready, you move forward together.

Official start
Sign contracts
Once everyone feels ready, a surrogacy contract is drafted to protect you, your family, and the intended parents — and the journey officially begins.
