With over 30 years of expertise in finance and business management, Orly Klein brings a rare blend of strategic leadership, emotional intelligence, and heartfelt dedication to the surrogacy field. Based in North Atlanta, GA,USA Orly has devoted her professional life to guiding and mentoring individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood.
As a Personal Fertility & Surrogacy Consultant and the founder of ALMA Surrogacy, Orly provides hands-on, boutique-level support rooted in transparency, trust, and deep personal care. Her role goes far beyond coordination - she becomes a steady presence, advocate, and guide for intended parents and surrogates alike.
Orly is lovingly known for her role as “Savta USA” (Grandma), a title that reflects her nurturing nature and the meaningful, lasting relationships she builds with the families she supports. This role is not symbolic - it represents her genuine involvement, emotional availability, and commitment to being present every step of the way.
Her work is deeply personal. As a mother and grandmother, Orly brings the same love, patience, and dedication to ALMA Surrogacy that she gives to her own family. She understands that surrogacy is not only a medical or legal process, but a life-changing experience filled with hope, vulnerability, and profound joy.

Diamond brings a rare combination of personal motherhood experience, emotional maturity, and strong alignment with the values of ALMA Surrogacy.
As a mother of five, she has extensive firsthand experience with pregnancy, childbirth, and raising children. Her nurturing nature and emotional readiness reflect the qualities essential for a compassionate and balanced surrogacy journey.
Diamond is a former licensed foster parent and co-founder of a nonprofit supporting foster families, demonstrating a deep understanding of diverse family dynamics. She also has a longstanding passion for birth, breastfeeding, and maternal support, supported by doula-related education and hands-on experience assisting other mothers.
In addition, Diamond is a business owner with experience managing employees and conducting interviews, making her a valuable asset in surrogate intake and screening.
Driven by a genuine desire to help families grow, Diamond is honored to support others on their path to parenthood and is a natural fit within the ALMA Surrogacy community.
